VRデバイスの揺れ防止ツール「OVR-SmoothTracking」

激しい動きする時に起こるトラッカーなどの揺れを少し改善できるツールです 原理はsteamvrの移動予測機能に干渉をかけたものです プルプルになる一番の要因がそれ故に ベースステイションを使用したデバイスは効果的です ※既知の問題： pimaxの場合「PiTool」と相性が悪いみたい ツールのドライバが機能しなくなる Radeon RX 7000/6000では不具合が出る場合があります This tool smoothes the jittering of VR trackers when moving intensely while FBT. This tool works by limiting steamVR’s movement prediction feature. Since that is the biggest cause for jittering trackers, this tool is effective for devices that require steamVR base stations. ※Known problems: If the head display device used is PImax, the plug-in may not work Exceptions will occur in the Radeon RX 7000/6000 (I will try to repair them in the next update)

導入や使用方法

OpenVR-SmoothTracking-setup.exe　を開いて　インストール インストール完了後　SteamVRを起動するとツールも一緒に起動する仕組みとなってます ツールの操作画面は： SteamVR起動して, VRヘッドセットを付けてコントローラのシステムボタンを押したらSteamVRメニューの左下にあります (OpenVR-SmoothTracking、) 数値設定は 数値が高いほど揺れが無くなる代わりに少し遅延を感じるでしょう ※HMDの数値は普段の時なるべく０にした方が良いかと思います そうでないとVR酔いし安いので 動画を撮る時にだけ 高くしよう！ 「スタート」ボタンを押すと機能します 不具合などが出たらぜひ御知らせてください E-mail：admin@nekool.com twitter: https://twitter.com/Yuumub Run “OpenVR-SmoothTracking-setup.exe” to install. When the installation is done, the software will launch automatically when steamVR launches. The control screen can be found on the bottom left side of the steamVR menu screen. The higher you set the smoothing value for HMD, controllers and trackers, it will become less jittery, but will cause a heavier lag. We recommend setting the HMD value to 0 since it might cause motion sickness, and adjust the values only when necessary, such as when filming a video. Press the “start” button to activate.
